    Your selected package begins with a focused 90-minute session. Depending on the package, additional guided hours allow us to explore emerging questions, connect perspectives and develop practical next steps over time.

    The process may include preparation, reflection between sessions and selected supporting materials where useful. The exact focus develops from your situation rather than following a fixed programme.

  • Start with your context. Continue where it matters.

    After booking, we contact you to arrange the starting session and gather any information needed to understand your situation. The first 90 minutes establish the context, identify relevant questions and define where further exploration may be useful.

    If you selected an extended package, the remaining hours are scheduled based on the direction that emerges. They can be used in one or several follow-up sessions, depending on the topic and what makes sense for the process.

    Sessions are generally delivered online unless another format has been agreed. Additional hours may be scheduled across one or more sessions depending on the selected package, topic and agreed process.
